What does it cost? Are there any hidden fees?

Individual sellers pay nothing to list homes on ALFSBO. Listing your home is free, yard signs for your home are free, advertising your home is also free. The realtors listed on our site are here when you need them and if the needs arise for assistance, please use them if you cannot succeed on your own.

What is the process to submit my home?

On the top navigation bar, just click submit my home and enter the information requested. It is that easy! Our staff will look over your submission, contact you with questions, and your home will be listed within 48 hours. Individuals can upload up to 5 pictures in jpg or gif format. To keep your listing current, we will email you occasionally to check on your home. Please respond to the emails so your listing will not become obsolete. If we do not hear from you, we have the right to take your home off the site. Please note that our site has added a flyer for you to print and place in your yard for potential buyers. Just find your home on www.alfsbo.com and look for the "Print Flyer" button. Your professional advertisement is automatically created. You also have access to your "hit count" to see how many prospective buyers have viewed your home.

I submitted my home and my listing is not active?

You must submit all the information and respond to our emails. Our site is heavily automated and without proper response from our emails, correct phone numbers, and correct information about your home we cannot properly list your home. Because this process is so easy, we can receive false or fake information. We want to verify every part of your information so buyers can trust our site.

How can I edit my current listing?

Email us at info@alfsbo.com and simply let us know what you need changed. If it is a picture, just attach it to your email and we will post it immediately. We are currently working on an automated platform to make changes to your existing listing which should be available in the near future.

How many pictures are allowed per listing?

Currently with the free submission, you can have up to 5 pictures. If you do not have a picture or photo of your home, simply call us. If you are local in Birmingham , we could possibly take pictures for you free. Why? We just simply ask that you display our yard signs and mention www.alfsbo.com along with your ID# if you advertise in other mediums.
