Loan Application Necessities

1. Original purchase contract signed by all buyers and sellers.

2. If you have rented or are currently renting, the name and addresses of landlords for the previous two years.

3. Original pay stubs covering the last 30 days for all applicants.

4. Original bank statements for the past two months for all checking and savings accounts.

5. Original w-2 forms from the previous two years for each applicant.

6. Original 401k and IRA statements (if applicable).

7. Original investment account statements for the past two months (ie:mutal funds).

8. Employer telephone number and address for employment verification.

9. Divorce decree and child support paperwork (if applicable).

10. If you are self employed:

Copies of your signed and personal business income tax returns from the previous two years.
Profit and Loss statement and a balance sheet for the current year.
